STEP 1.In a bowl take sorrel, ginger, pimento berries and soak them in hot water.
STEP 2.Give it a stir and keep it in the refrigerator and let steep overnight.
STEP 3.Drain the water and add sugar, lemon juice and rum to the sorrel.
STEP 4.Give it a stir and serve chilled
