This smoked salmon bisque is flavored with both fresh and smoked salmon. Although it's an elegant soup with lots of complex flavors, it is super simple to make.
1/2 quart Clam juice, fish stock, shrimp stock, or vegetable stock
2 ounce Hot smoked salmon, cut into small pieces
14 ounce 1 canned whole tomatoes, drained
1 tablespoon Fresh chopped parsley
0.13 cup Fresh chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon Fresh chopped dill
0.06 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
0.06 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon Old bay seasoning
1/2 cup Cream plus 1 cup milk, or 2 cups 1/2 and 1/2
6 ounce Fresh salmon filets
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
As required Salt to taste
