These easy pork chops are perfect for a great, filling meal any time of the year. They are great for lunch and dinner. To treat your family with this delicacy, all you have to do is follow this very simple recipe of this dish.
STEP 1.Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar and paprika. Set aside.
STEP 2.Place the sliced onions and minced garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker. Lay the seasoned pork chops on top of the onions. Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the pork chops.
STEP 3.Add the chicken broth to the slow cooker.
STEP 4.Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
STEP 5.Once the pork chops are cooked through and tender, you can serve them with the leftover sauce from the cooker.
