Ingredients for Sago mango pudding Recipe

  • 1/2 cups Mangoes
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Coconut milk
  • 25 g Sago
  • NaN g Diced mango

Directions: Sago Mango Pudding Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak the sabudana pearls in water for an hour.
  • STEP 2.In a large pot, boil some water.
  • STEP 3.Add the soaked sabudana pearls to this water and cook for 15 minutes. Keep stirring, so that they cook uniformly.
  • STEP 4.After cooking it for a while, take it off the heat. The pearls should look translucent.
  • STEP 5.Rinse the pearls with cold water to remove the starch.
  • STEP 6.Blend the cubed mangoes, milk and coconut milk to a thick, smooth consistency.
  • STEP 7.Pour this mixture in two serving bowls or glass and add 2 tbsp boiled sabudana pearls to each glasses.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with diced mango .
  • STEP 9.Chill for at least two hours before serving!
