Dahi is such a big dish which is always good for health, Dahi Bhalle is considered the best for Digestion, these Dahi Bhalle made from mango are very delicious.
STEP 1.Wash and soak moong dal thoroughly for a night. In the morning, take out its water and grind it.
STEP 2.And will beat it well with hands and fill water in a bowl and after pouring the batter check it, if the batter remains on top then the Bhalle will become soft, if it comes up then it needs to be whipped more.
STEP 3.Prepare the batter by adding salt, green chili, ginger, raisins, innu and asafoetida to the ground lentils.
STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and give any shape to the dal batter to make Bhalla or Vada.
STEP 5.Fry the balls in medium hot oil till they get golden color.
STEP 6.Then put 3 cups of water and 1 tsp of salt in a deep pan and heat it lightly and after 15 minutes take out the water from the bat. Press the vada between both the palms.
STEP 7.Filter the curd by pouring it in a big sieve, then grind the mango in it and mix the pulp well, then add sugar according to taste and beat it well.
STEP 8.Garnish with mango curd, mint and tamarind chutney, boondi, silver work, pomegranate seeds, pistachios, almonds, cumin powder, salt on top of the vada or bhalla, serve soft, delicious Royal Dahi Bhalla chilled.
