These innovative baked Puffins gives you a taste of both muffins and pizza with lots of veggies and cheese and muffins base is made from healthy ragi flour.Outcome is very delicious 🥰❤️
STEP 1.1.Take a bowl mix all milk,oil,salt,powdered sugar and curd.
STEP 2.2.Then add flour,suji,cornflour,bp, bs and mix it well.Then add all veggies in it along with 1tbsp of pizza sauce,pepper powder,chilly flakes and oregano and mix it well.
STEP 3.3Then add cheese in it and mix well.
STEP 4.4.Now greese the muffin cups and add scoop of batter in it then apply little pizza sauce and add cheese and again cover it with batter and top it with veggies and lot of cheese and sprinkle oregano and chilly flakes.
STEP 5.5.Like this prepare all the muffin cups for baking.
STEP 6.6 Now bake them in a pre heated oven at 160 degree for 25-30 minutes.
STEP 7.7.Our delicious Ragi Puffins are ready to serve with hot strong cup of coffee ☕🥰❤️👍
