STEP 8.Take a pan, add some ghee, asafoetida, cumin seeds, garlics, green chillies, ginger paste roast all the ingredients for a few minutes.

STEP 9.Add the curd mixture in the pan and keep stirring. Cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.

STEP 11.S spread, after its settled cut up the pieces as per your preference.

STEP 13.S in and cook for 3 minutes more on low flame.

STEP 14.; garnish the sabzi with some garam masala and coriander leaves.
