Ingredients for Pitod Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • 1 cup Gram flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ajwain
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Desi ghee
  • 3 No.s Green chillies
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala

Directions: Pitod Ki Sabzi Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Take a cup of gramflour and strain it thoroughly.

  • STEP 2.Add salt to taste, red chilli powder,  turmeric powder, cumin seeds, ajwain seeds, asafoetida, mix well and keep adding little water as per use. Make a paste of pitod.

  • STEP 3.; take a pan, heat it up and pour the pitod paste while stirring along.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Keep stirring to avoid lumps. Wait for it to boil. The consistency of gram flour thickens.

  • STEP 5.Take the paste and spread it on a flat utensil nicely.  cool it down, let it settle.

  • STEP 6.;preparation of pitod masala-

  • STEP 7.Take a cup of curd, add some turmeric powder, red chilli powded, coriander seeds, salt and mix nicely.

  • STEP 8.Take a pan,  add some ghee, asafoetida,  cumin seeds, garlics,  green chillies, ginger paste roast all the ingredients for a few minutes.

  • STEP 9.Add the curd mixture in the pan and keep stirring. Cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.

  • STEP 10.Take the pitod

step 11

  • STEP 11.S spread, after its settled cut up the pieces as per your preference.

  • STEP 12.Now when the gravy is boiling,  add the pitod

step 13

  • STEP 13.S in and cook for 3 minutes more on low flame.

step 14

  • STEP 14.; garnish the sabzi with some garam masala and coriander leaves.
