Ingredients for Papadi chaat bites Recipe

  • As required ✅ Palak Papdi Ingredients 👇🏻
  • As required ½ cup water chestnut flour
  • As required ½ cup Rajgiri flour
  • As required ¼ cup Spinach
  • As required coriander puree
  • As required ½ tsp ginger
  • As required chilli paste
  • As required ½ tsp coriander powder
  • As required ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • As required ½ tsp dry mango powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Ghee
  • As required Rock salt as per taste
  • As required Water as per requirement
  • As required ✅ For filling Ingredients👇🏻
  • 1 nos medium potatoes
  • 1 tbsp paneer cubes
  • 1 tbsp Tomato cubes
  • 1/2 tbsp beetroot grated
  • 1/2 tbsp Cucumber cubes
  • 1 tbsp potato lachcha namkeen
  • 1/2 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 tbsp Coriander
  • As required Cumin
  • As required Chilli
  • As required Rock salt
  • As required sweet tamarind chutney
  • As required Green mint chutney
  • As required Curd
  • 1/2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp carrot grated
  • As required coriander garnish

Directions: Papadi Chaat Bites Recipe

  • STEP 1.✅ For papadi .....👇🏻
  • STEP 2.First of all, mix the flour and all the ingredients well in a big bowl, take water as per requirement and knead it, now give it a rest for 10 minutes and roll it and cut it into small puris and make holes with a fock spoon.
  • STEP 3.Apply a little ghee and bake in air fryer at 120°c for 20 /25  minutes. Baked Falhari Palak Papdi is ready.
  • STEP 4.✅ Asemble Method 👇🏻
  • STEP 5.First of all, wash the potatoes well, add rock salt and boil them, then slowly make holes with a sharp knife and Apply a little ghee and bake in air fryer at 120°c for 5  minutes. .
  • STEP 6.Then take all the chopped vegetables, paneer, peanuts in a bowl and add dry masala powder and mix it well and fill it in the potatoes and garnish it with curd, sweet, spicy chutney, coriander, potato lachcha, pomegranate seeds and place it on spinach papdi and serve the fruithari chaat bites.
