STEP 1.For Nimki-1.Take 250gm maida.2.Add salt as desired,half tea-spoon ghee & 1 tea-spoon ajwain to knead tightly using little warm water.3.Then using rolling-pin make them into little diamond shapes.4.Lastly fry on low flame till golden brown.5.Serve with tomato sauce. For Petha- 1.Take 250gm maida.2.Add salt as desired & half tea-spoon ghee to knead tightly using little warm water.3.Then using rolling-pin make small rectangle shapes.4.Fry on low flame till golden brown.5.Lastly make a sugar-syrup of 1 tar using water on flame & dip the petha's into it stirring nicely so that all get coated with sugar-syrup evenly.Serve as desired.
