Ingredients for Kesariya Badam Pista Basundi Recipe
1/4 Litre Milk
50 Grams Sugar
3 Pieces Almonds
3 Pieces Pistachios
0.06 Teaspoon Kesar
0.13 Teaspoon Elaichi powder
Directions: Kesariya Badam Pista Basundi Recipe
STEP 1.*Chop the almonds and pistachios finely.
STEP 2.*In a large thick bottomed kadhai boil 2-litre milk stirring occasionally.
STEP 3.*Once the milk comes to a boil,add chopped almonds and pistachios.
STEP 4.*Stir well making sure milk doesn't stick to the bottom.
STEP 5.*Boil the milk on low flame for 25 minutes or till milk reduces.
STEP 6.*Keep stirring in between to avoid sticking till the milk reduces to quarter.
STEP 7.*Add sugar and kesar and mix well.
STEP 8.*Boil for another 5 minutes or till the milk thickens completely.
STEP 9.*Tip in elaichi powder.
STEP 10.*Chill for few hours
STEP 11.*Transfer to serveware and serve garnished with nuts n dryfryuits.
STEP 12.*Enjoy Chilled.
