STEP 1.Add all the spices in a bowl add 1 egg in it add lemon juice 2tbsp add ginger garlic paste 1tbsp then some coriander leaves grinded mix all of it add cornflour/cornstarch 3tbspand mix it well add pinch of red food colour we want a very thick batter we want fish to be coated very well so it is easy to fry & let it sit for Atleast for 30 min / 1hourwe are going to fry it the hot oil iam shallow frying it drop the fish piece one by one don't drop it all together or will take 4,5 minutes to cook cook not more then that make sure to turn in 2to3 minutes fish should be fried till it get golden fry crisp fried is done here is our beautiful creation fish 65 do try it out & Let us know how it works serve with green chutney & some salad lemon ....
