STEP 1.Take a bowl and add the moida. now add the ghee and mix well. add the water in moida and mix it well and made the dough and rest in ten minutes. Now take another bowl and add the coconut powder and mix with sugar perfectly. After moida ten minutes i made small like a ball. The balls are made small roti like a luchi and cutting in cutter machine and stuffing in to the coconut mix sugar powder. Now shape by cutter machine like the half moon. Now take a pan and add the mustard oil and hot in gas stove. when the oil is hot then fry these pitha in medium heat. serve it hot in tea. very tasty, yummy pitha.
