Ingredients for Gobi Paratha Recipe

  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 cup cauliflower, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon amchur powder / dry mango powder
  • NaN As required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon coriander, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil or ghee
  • As required water for kneading
  • 0.13 cup wheat flour for dusting
  • As required For Roasting
  • 1/2 tablespoon ghee or oil

Directions: Gobi Paratha Recipe

For Stuffing

  • STEP 1.In a pot add 2 tsp of oil, then add grated ginger.
  • STEP 2. Add grated cauliflower and saute for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, amchur powder and salt.
  • STEP 4.Mix everything well then add coriander leaves and keep aside.

Assembling Paratha

  • STEP 1.Take a small size ball from the dough and roll about 5 inches in diameter.
  • STEP 2.Place the prepared stuffing in the center of the tortilla and bring together the edges to form an outer cover from the dough and once the stuffing is covered completely roll the dough and make a tortilla.
  • STEP 3.Now in a pan grease oil and roast the tortilla both sides adding ghee, till golden brown blobs appear.
  • STEP 4.Serve on a plate and Enjoy.
