Gobi Paratha is a popular North Indian dish consumed mainly in winters.The stuffing is prepared from grated cauliflower cooked in spices. Served with curd or chutney.
STEP 1.In a pot add 2 tsp of oil, then add grated ginger.
STEP 2. Add grated cauliflower and saute for 5 minutes.
STEP 3.Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, amchur powder and salt.
STEP 4.Mix everything well then add coriander leaves and keep aside.
Assembling Paratha
STEP 1.Take a small size ball from the dough and roll about 5 inches in diameter.
STEP 2.Place the prepared stuffing in the center of the tortilla and bring together the edges to form an outer cover from the dough and once the stuffing is covered completely roll the dough and make a tortilla.
STEP 3.Now in a pan grease oil and roast the tortilla both sides adding ghee, till golden brown blobs appear.
STEP 4.Serve on a plate and Enjoy.
