  • As required For soaking -
  • 0-1/25 cup Cashew nuts (crushed)
  • 0-1/25 cup almonds (Crushed)
  • 1/25 cup Raisins -
  • 1/25 cup Candied Fruits -
  • 0-0.11 cup grapes juice
  • As required For batter -
  • 0.17 cup All purpose flour (maida) -
  • 0-1/2 tbsp coco powder
  • 0-1/25 tsp clove powder
  • 0-1/25 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 0-1/25 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 0-0.13 tsp ginger powder
  • 0-0.13 cup Sugar (fine grain)
  • 0.83 tbsp salted Butter (melted) _
  • 0.17 tsp Vanilla essence _
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 0.08 cup chocolate chips _
  • 0-0.17 cup Milk(room temperature)
  • 0-0.83 nos Baked in a pot / cooker till min

Directions: Eggless Plum Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.1) Take a bowl add all the dryfruit and candy fruit add grapes juice and soak for 1 Hour and keep a side . 2 ) take a bowl add all purpose flour/ maida Cocoa Powder clove, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg make all a fine powder . And add 1 tbsp. . Sieve all the Ingredients. 3)add butter melted , vanilla essence, Sugar( fine Grain) , chocolate chips, milk ( room temperature) now add the grape juice added with Dryfruit now we'll mix Properly don't over mix . 4) using a cake tin, 9 inches ,Haved lined with butter paper. 5) iam baking in a pot you can bake in (cooker or oven) first 5 to 10 min bake on high Flame and then In Medium Flame for 55 mins. 6) before removing check the cake with toothpick .
  • STEP 2.Dryfruits and Tooti fruit makes the cake more yummy and delicious
