STEP 1.To make pre mix sauce, mix oyster sauce, sesame oil and light soy sauce, rice wine, white pepper (all in the quantity mentioned) and mix well and keep aside.

STEP 2.Boil some water and then add rice in the pot. Then add minced ginger, chicken bouillon and stir lightly to bring a boil.

STEP 3.After 8 minutes add preserved pork belly, pork sausage and duck sausage and then simmer and keep for 5 minutes.

STEP 4.Then add kai lan stalks and pour the pre mix sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Keep checking and then remove from the stove.
