Ingredients for Chole Recipe

  • 50 g white chole
  • 75 g chopped onion
  • 50 g chopped tomatoes
  • 3/4 tsp Ginger chilli garlic paste
  • 0.13 tsp Kasuri methi
  • 3/4 tsp homemade chole masala
  • As required salt to taste
  • As required Hing
  • 1/4 tsp Jeera
  • 1/4 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • As required Pinch turmeric powder
  • As required leaves Coriander
  • 50 g white chole
  • 1/2 tsp Chana dal
  • 1/4 piece Cinnamon Stick
  • 1/2 piece Loung
  • As required Oil

Directions: Chole Recipe

  • STEP 1.First Soak the chickpeas in hot water for 10 hours. Then drain the water add the chickpeas to the cooker add cinnamon stick tej patta clove and salt along with 5 - 6 glasses of water and cook it to 8_ 9 whistles.
  • STEP 2.Now turn on the flame put a pan on it and heat the oil then add cumin seeds hing and paste and stir continuously.
  • STEP 3.Then add finely chopped onion and saute till it becomes golden. Now add puree and all spices and saute till oil is released.
  • STEP 4.Then put boiled chickpeas in it and cook. press a few chickpeas with a spoon so that the chickpeas becomes thick and add chole masala and water if needed.
  • STEP 5.Tasty chole is ready. Serve hot...
