This Cheesy Garlic Broccoli is a delicious combination of crispy oven roasted broccoli florets topped with a cheddar and parmesan mixture. It is easy, crisp, tender, garlicky, flavorful and a cheesy side dish that both adults and kids will enjoy. Ingredients for Cheesy Garlic Broccoli Nuggets Recipe

  • 3 cup Broccoli minced
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoon cornflour
  • 2 tablespoon Nutralite Cheesy garlic mayo
  • 3 tablespoon bread crumbs
  • As required Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Nutralite garlic and oregano spread for pan frying

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl add 3 cups minced broccoli,¼ cup mozzarella cheese, 3 tbsp cornflour to bind the ingredients together. Add 2 tbsp nutri-lite cheesy garlic mayo, 3 tbsp bread crumbs and salt to taste.

  • STEP 1.Mix together to form a firm creamy dough consistency. Do not add water.

  • STEP 1.Portion the mixture into small bite sized ovals and shape in the palm of the hands.

  • STEP 1.Preheat a pan and add melt 1 tbsp of nutralite garlic and oregano spread.

  • STEP 1.Roll the broccoli nuggets in breadcrumbs and place them on the hot greased pan.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Cook on medium to low heat and keep turning and flipping the nuggets to cook evenly and brown on all sides.

  • STEP 1.Remove from the pan and serve hot with tomato sauce
