STEP 1.Take a bowl ,add suji, beetroot juice, curd, chopped all vegetables, salt, black pepper, chopped coriander, hing powder in it.

STEP 6.Mix properly and keep aside for 15 min.
STEP 7.Take a appe stand and grease with some oil,put some mixture in appe moulds then cook on gas by covering it. When it gets cooked from up then change its side and cook.
