STEP 1.For gulabjamun :-Mix ghee, milk powder and milk and mix well and stir for 5 mins. allow it to cool.Add maida 1/2t.spoon rose water, Cardamom powder and baking powder mix well. and make small balls. make sure it should be smooth texture. Now put ghee on a flame and it should not be too much hot. and fry on a low flame turn with spoon and add in a chashni.
STEP 2.For chashni :-Boil water and add sugar when melt and add milk and remove dust filter. Now add kesar cardamom and rose water. and make chashni.
Now Take a curd in a muslin cloth and squeeze.Remove water and leave it for 1hr.
STEP 3.Now take curd in a bowl.Mix condensed milk kesar milk carda mom powder and kesar milk.Add mini gulab jamun.
Mix it well.
Transfer in a clay pot and cover it with foil paper. And steam for 20-25min.in a streamer.on a slow flame.
Now take out garnish with pisti chopped and rose petals.
Delicious Baked gulab jamun with curd is ready.
Keep in a refrigerator for 3-4hrs. And serve chilled.
Tasty tasty dessert is ready to serve.
