Ingredients for Apple Cider Chicken 'N' Dumplings Recipe
2 Bone in chicken thighs , skin removed
1/2 tablespoon Butter
1/4 Medium red onion, chopped
1/4 Celery rib, chopped
1/2 tablespoon Minced Fresh Parsley
As required Salt and pepper
3/4 tablespoon All purpose flour
3/4 cup Chicken Broth
1/4 cup Apple cider or juice
As required Dumplings
1/2 cup All purpose flour
1/4 tablespoon Baking powder
0.13 teaspoon Salt
1/4 tablespoon Cold Butter
1/4 Large egg, room temperature, lightly beaten
0.17 cup 2 milk
