I am sharing a dry version of Aloo Palak. This is a very simple and easy recipe and very tasty.. Simple and healthy vegan dish where palak and aloo are cooked together..
1.33 pieces 4 -5 medium sized potatoes chopped in medium size pieces
0.67 cups Chopped spinach
0.67 Pieces Big onions sliced
0.33 Inch Half inch ginger piece
1.67 Pieces 5-6 cloves of g
0.67 Pieces Bay leaf
to taste Salt
As Required Red chilli powder as per taste
0.33 tsp Haldi powder
0.33 tsp Garam masala powder
0.67 tsp Coriander powder
0.17 tsp chaat masala ( optional)
Directions: Aloo Palak Recipe
STEP 1.In a kadai take 2 tbsp oil and add sliced onions and bay leaf and saute till slightly colour changes.
STEP 2.Add chopped potatoes and saute for 3-4 mins.
STEP 3.Then add chopped spinach and mix well. Add finely chopped tomatoes and salt, red chilli powder, haldi powder, garam masala, coriander powder and mix well and cover and cook on low flame till potatoes are soft and water dries completely.
STEP 4.Lastly add some chaat masala and serve with chapati Or paratha..
