Penda is famous traditional indian sweet loved by all age groups. This is our family recipe for festivals. I made these by using cashews, almonds and some saffron.
Ingredients for Almond cashew penda (dryfruit penda) Recipe
1/10 cup Cashew flour
1/10 cup almond flour
1/10 cup sugar and 1/2
50 milliliter Milk
1/10 cup Milk powder
1-1.20 saffron strand
1/20 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/5 tablespoon Ghee

1/20 teaspoon cardamom seeds
