Ingredients for Aaloo parantha Recipe

  • 1/4 cups Wheat flour
  • 1/2 A Few Boiled Potatoes
  • 0.13 cup Coriander powder
  • 0.06 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • As Required As needed oil

Directions: Aaloo Parantha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Knead the dough soft adding water and salt. Keep the potatoes peeled and mashed add salt, coriander powder and red chilli powder.
  • STEP 2.Now take small section of dough add in it the stuffing and roll roti of it. Heat griddle place the roti and after one minute flip it over. Wait for 1 minute then add oil and toast from both the sides. Serve with curd chutney or ketchup.
