step 1

STEP 1. tie the meat with a cotton string as shown

STEP 1.2-add all the ingredients and the meat in a plastic bag

step 3

STEP 1.tie the bag and refrigerate the marinated meat for 5hrs

STEP 2.1- bake the meat for 1hr 30mins in a preheated oven to 350f

STEP 3.2- cool it for 30min and open the strings

STEP 4.3- serve after slicing
