• 4 Cardamom pods crushed
• 2 teaspoon Ground coriander

• 0.25 teaspoon Chilli Powder
• 400 gram Tin chopped tomatoes
• 125 milliliter Vegetable stock, made with 1 stock cube
• 400 gram Tin green lentils, drained and rinsed
• 2 Courgettes, trimmed and chopped
• 60 gram Young leaf spinach
