• 1 Lemongrass stem, finely chopped

• 2 piece Cm galangal, sliced into matchsticks

• 1 Long red chilli, thinly sliced
• 100 gram Mixed asian mushrooms
• 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
• 1 tablespoon Lime juice
• 1 cup Bean Sprouts
