This is one of my favourite pulav its a one pot meal, this is made of lots of veggies and basmati rice, a quick lunch or dinner, we can serve this pulav with any type of raita, curd aachar papad its very easy and healthy, i love to serve it in different way so used bellpeppers here, it can be served in normal way too.
