• 2 Red onions, halved, thinly sliced
• 4 Garlic Cloves, Finely Chopped
• 3 piece Cm fresh ginger, peeled, finely chopped
• 0.5 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
• 0.75 teaspoon Ground turmeric
• 125 milliliter White Vinegar
• 2 tablespoon Caster sugar
