No matter where we go, whom ever we meet, people always talk about dum biryani and irony of life is that, i never tasted it as we are vegetarians. Biryani has endless versions and methods of cooking. It has no fixed recipe. Flaky rice flavoured with paneer, vegetables, aromatic spices, powders and much more. Today i'm here sharing this vegetable dum biryani with you all that is close to my heart for all possible reasons one of which is that, its my mom's recipe. .
