Turmeric Chicken Soup Recipe

Recipe By Cast Iron Keto

For the past few weeks, lauren and i have been feeling a little under the weather. After thinking we may have had a cold its been determined that we are just fighting some nasty seasonal allergies. Damn birch treesone thing that always makes us feel better is a massive bowl of soup and this turmeric chicken soup is the perfect blend of healing foods and shredded chicken. Turmeric and ginger are both super anti-inflammatory and perfect for when the sniffles hit.
