• 1 pound Ground turkey lean
• 0.75 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
• 0.25 cup Chopped sweet onion purple or yellow onion will work
• 1 Large Egg Lightly Beaten
• 2 Cloves garlic chopped or pressed
• 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
• 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional if you dont like spicy
• 1.5 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
• 0.5 teaspoon Ground Cumin
• 0.5 teaspoon Ground sea salt
• 0.5 teaspoon Ground pepper
• 2 tablespoon Butter
• 1 tablespoon Olive oil
