• 2 tablespoon Coconut sugar or 1 1g packet stevia/erythritol blend
• 0.5 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
• 0.5 teaspoon Fish sauce
• 4 Large Cloves Garlic Crushed
• 1 tablespoon Fresh grated ginger
• 1 Head Butter Lettuce
• 0.25 Medium red onion thinly sliced
• 1 Small carrot julienned
• 1 part Scallion green and white , thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoon Roasted peanuts or almonds chopped
• Fresh lime wedges for squeezing on top
