Ingredients For Turkey Chili Recipe

• 2 cup Whole fire roasted tomatoes
• 2 inch 1/2 large white onion, cut into

• 1.5 cup Low sodium chicken broth
• 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
• 0.25 cup Safflower oil
• Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
• 2 pound Ground dark turkey meat
• 0.75 pound Cooked smoked turkey necks or wings, skin and bones removed, meat shredded
• 1 can Pink beans, rinsed and drained
• sprig Sour cream and cilantro sprigs, for serving
