This is the season when the temperature is at highest, and kids wanted to something which to eat something cold, thought to make something healthy for them, the idea came from tomato tomato sorbets but wanted to add some taste also which would be sweet, tangy, little spicy all in one, and made these tomato popsicles which was the combination of all these, here with tomato puree i have added little homemade coconut milk, fresh basil and basil seeds, friends do try this recipe for hot summers, serve to your guests something different.
