2 cup Chopped turkey meat
3 Carrots peeled and sliced
3 Stalks of celery cleaned and sliced
1 Small onion diced
3 Small potatoes diced skin
8 ounce Mushrooms sliced
4 ounce Peas optional
1.5 stick Butter
1 cup Flour
3 cup Turkey or chicken stock
1 teaspoon Poultry seasoning
As required Salt and pepper to taste
Gluten free or regular premade pie crust or make your own
3 cup Leftover stuffing regular or gluten free
2 cup Chopped turkey
Leftover gravy as needed to make moist
Flour for dusting
Olive oil for saute
