Sweet Potato Curried Cottage Pie Recipe

Recipe By Asian Food Network

J is a very adventurous eater but he just doesnt like potatoes not even fries or mash. I love cottage and shepherds pies but making a classic version for dinner means having to prep something else for him if i want him to eat or making a separate portion. To make my life easy, i created a sweet potato cottage pie, loaded with nutrition and introduced some curry flavours and aromas sans the spice.
