Sweet And Spicy Chicken Satay Skewers Recipe

Every time we visit my favorite thai restaurant, there are these delicious chicken satay appetizers on the menu that i like to order. I love them so much that i decided to ask the waiter if it was possible to get the recipe from the chef. The chef took the time to come out of his busy kitchen to thank me for complimenting his cooking and to give me the recipe to the chicken satay and peanut sauce i wanted to make at home. Now, they are part of my party appetizer menu every time i have company over. They are easy to serve, easy to eat and delicious in every way.
