• 3 cup Low sodium chicken or vegetable broth
• 1 Bay leaf
• 1.5 cup Heavy cream
• 1 Package cream cheese, room temperature, cubed
• 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated, plus extra for garnish
• As required Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
