Spinach Almond Raita Recipe

Raita is a popular condiment in Indian cuisine. Raita is no cook, easy and yummy delicacy with curd as a key ingredient. Generally raita contains thick curd with combination of fresh vegetables, fruits, dry fruits and spiced savoury snack Bundi, with basic spices. Today, I have made raita with iron and fiber rich spinach and protein rich almonds.
