Generally raita contains thick curd with combination of fresh vegetables, fruits, dry fruits and spiced savoury snack Bundi, with basic spices. Today, I have made raita with iron and fiber rich spinach and protein rich almonds.

Directions : Spinach Almond Raita Recipe

STEP 1.1. Remove skin of the soaked almonds and finely chopped them.
STEP 2.2. Take the curd in a bowl, lightly whip it with a spoon.
STEP 3.3. Add roasted cumin powder and chat masala and mix well. As I have added chat masala, I skipped adding salt.
STEP 4.4. Finally add chopped almonds, mix well and chill it.
STEP 5.5. Serve chilled.
STEP 6.Note:
STEP 7.1. You can replace black salt with salt and also add black pepper.
