This one is a simple dish made with the sorghum flour (jowar flour) coated fish fry and the masala that gets released in the oil while frying the jowar flour is mixed with red chilli powder, salt and lemon juice the fish pieces are coated with this dry batter and fried the leftover masala that remains in the oil is mixed with steaming hot plain boiled rice and with few sliced raw onions this tastes so very yummy with a little bit of pure ghee enjoy this simple rice at home everytime you fry fish and you will just fall in love with it's heavenly taste.
