While pulled pork isn't a texas staple, a pork butt loves texas style BBQ seasoning. Here's our recipe for BBQ pulled pork with texas style seasoning. We use our texas rump rub for seasoning, but you can make your own texas style rub at home by combining 4 parts salt, 2 parts paprika, and 1 parts each black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and brown sugar.
