Ingredients For Sicilian Chicken Soup Recipe

• 2 Chicken breasts
• 8 cup Water
• 4 tablespoon Heaping chicken base
• 1 Yellow onion finely chopped
• 4 Celery ribs diced
• 3 Carrots diced
• 1 Red bell pepper diced
• 2 Medium russet potatoes peeled and diced
• 14.5 ounce Diced tomatoes
• 0.5 cup Fresh flat leaf italian parsley
• 5 Garlic cloves chopped, i use my garlic press
• As required Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
• 0.5 pound Ditalini pasta cooked and set aside
• 2 cup Shredded asiago or parmesan cheese
