Simple paneer masala curry Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

Paneer is the most favourite of many north indian recipes; in fact today paneer is a must in all weddings all over india. It is a great food with huge health benefits. Wealth of protein, calcium, essential vitamins and minerals you name it. I made paneer by adding lemon juice and lemon salt to hot milk and separated the curds from the whey. I drained the curds in a thin cloth and pressed out the excess water. I placed a heavy grinding stone on it and let it remain for 2-3 hours and then put it in the fridge. I later thawed it and used it for my recipe.
