Silky Pudding Recipe

Recipe By Asian Food Network

Made with both agar agar powder and jelly mixture to create a signature soft and velvety smooth consistency, this silky pudding is just as its name suggests. From chocolate to strawberry to green tea, this sweet treat comes in different flavors-simply adjust the recipe to suit your preferred taste. While you can eat it on its own as a snack or dessert, i prefer to serve it with fruits or as a topping for my bubble tea.
