• 15 ounce 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
• 3.25 ounce Can sliced black olives drained and rinse
• 3 cup Colby and monterey jack cheese fancy shredded
• 0.5 cup Salsa
• 1 Bell pepper seeded and diced
• 1 Small yellow onion diced
• 2 Green onions sliced thin
• 1.5 tablespoon Olive oil
• 1.5 teaspoon Chili powder
• 1.5 teaspoon Cumin
• 1.5 teaspoon Smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon Black pepper
• Sour cream to top quesadillas optional
