Directions : Sheer Khurma Recipe

STEP 1.Cut the nuts into halves

STEP 2.Cut the berries into halves

STEP 3.Break the sewai

STEP 4.Toast the cardamom lightly and crush into powder

STEP 5.Add saffron in 2tbsp lukewarm milk as let it sit

STEP 6.Heat ghee in a pan

STEP 7.Add the nuts and berries

STEP 8.Add the poppy seeds and coconut

STEP 9.Mix well

STEP 10.Fry until golden

STEP 11.Set aside

STEP 12.Add more ghee in the pan and fry on medium heat

STEP 13.Set aside

STEP 14.Add milk in the pan to boil

STEP 15.Add the fried nuts and the sevai

STEP 16.Add sugar

STEP 17.Mix well and let it get thick

STEP 18.Add the saffron milk in the sheer

STEP 19.Serve as dessert
