Ingredients For Shahi Lehsuni Bhindi Recipe

• 500 gram bhindi washed,chopped and deep fried in 1"size
• 0.5 tablespoon curd katori plus 2
• 2 Onion Medium sized sliced roughly, deep fried and peureed with ginger and garlic
• 1 garlic full peeled
• 1 ginger tukra
• 2 Green chillies chopped
• 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped
• As required Salt
• 0.5 teaspoon Red chillie powder
• 0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 0.25 teaspoon Garam masala powder
• 0.5 teaspoon coriander powder
• 0.25 teaspoon Mustard seeds
• 0.5 teaspoon cumin seeds
• 2 Dry kashmiri red chillies
• oil for deep frying plus very little for making dish
