But any type of chaat which she prepares for me and my brother has no competition in this world. She is obsessed with crispy chaat recipes. Be it papdi chaat, aloo chaat or tikki or dahi bhalle; she just loves chaat. Here we spend many a evening eating our favorite papdi chaat, relishing its magical, addictive flavours. It is a comforting food that warms the palate. Today I prepared semiya tikia chaat which can be best served with yogurt, green chutney, tomato sauce and tamarind chutney.
