It is mainly prepared with tapioca pearls and curd. Sabudana is one of the excellent summer food. it helps regulate the body’s temperature. Sabudana which is also known as Sago. Curd is a fermented milk product, It makes our teeth and bones stronger and keeps our body cool. In sabudana Dahi Pana, Curd Soaked sagu, lots of fruits and dryfruits are added in it .Here I made homemade Bundi... In fasting time it can be omitted. Bundi gives a rich look and adds sweetness to the drink as i have not added sugar to the drink.
