STEP 3.Make a stiff dough with the help of little water.
STEP 4.Keep aside for 15 mins.
STEP 5.Now roll the dough into thin chapati.
STEP 6.Cut into a circle with cookie cutter or cap of the bottle.
STEP 7.Now place five circle one by one and fold it and cut in the middle.
STEP 8.Heat enough oil in a pan add rose shaped mathri and deep fry till they become crispy.
STEP 9.Serve hot with tea.
